41 Benelong Crescent
The Bellevue Hill contains some of Australia’s most prized and opulent homes. As part of this exclusive circle, 41 Benelong Crescent was looking to modernise their boutique building.
The Programmed team were brought in to help the building discover a fresh new look.
Working closely with the owners, we provided samples, advice on colour schemes, as well as artwork montages so owners could see what the building would look like in its new colours.
In addition to an exterior repaint, the building needed some remedial works such as carpentry repairs to the balcony pergolas and several façade repairs.
Programmed offered to complete all these works concurrently, along with a long-term maintenance programme which would allow the works to be completed upfront but with costs spread across the programme.
These were attractive offerings, and after inspecting other properties in the vicinity on similar programmes, the impressed Executive Committee handed the project to Programmed.

Programmed accommodated residents’ wishes for works to be completed outside the holiday period, and enabled them to enjoy their balconies and pools during the peak of summer while celebrating with friends and family at home.
When the COVID-19 pandemic occurred towards the project’s end, strict safety measures were quickly implemented.
With some elderly residents residing in the building and more people working from home, Programmed made sure to minimise risks and disruptions.
To avoid contact, residents were advised when trade staff would be accessing their balconies or courtyards. Balconies were completed one by one so residents could still access their balconies.
The roof was also undergoing repairs at the same time so Programmed coordinated closely with the roofer for timely completion.
Programmed provided the site with a full wash down and a multi-coat Dulux AcraTex Coating System. Annual painting maintenance services will maximise the building’s longevity and pristine condition.
New building signage which Programmed’s Corporate Imaging team installed provided a nice finishing touch to the site’s updated look.
With its completely stunning modern appearance, this boutique block now stands on par with the new construction projects in the area. This quality transformation has not gone unnoticed by the neighbours and several buildings along the same street have since sought Programmed for quotes.
