Facility Management contract manager Rebecca Armarego is a valued employee who embodies and demonstrates the Programmed Difference on a daily basis.

Rebecca was the recipient of a Programmed business award after the successful execution of their recent relocation and consolidation project. She has also been recognised with a Programmed Difference Award for her outstanding customer service, and ability to remain calm and positive under pressure.

She continues to achieve excellence due to her extensive knowledge of facility management operations and her ability to exceed expectations and deliver high quality outputs is recognised by her colleagues and customers.

Rebecca began working at Programmed just over five years ago and having never worked within the facility management field, Rebecca quickly grew a passion for the industry and for Programmed.

In 2013, Rebecca returned to university to commence her Master of Business Administration, while remaining at Programmed part-time. On completion of her studies, she decided to take a 12-month break to pursue other opportunities, and in August last year, Rebecca was given the opportunity to return to the Programmed team on a full-time basis.

“The biggest factor for returning was the breadth of opportunities both for learning and career progression and the ongoing support I have received over the years. Programmed is abundant with talented people that motivate and inspire me to succeed,” said Rebecca.

Rebecca is now the manager of a well-known contract, leading a small team providing facility and project management services to the customer’s headquarters in Melbourne, and the two supporting offices in Sydney.
