In 2019 Glenn was appointed as Group Chief Executive Officer. He joined Programmed in October 2012 and has held a number of senior positions with the group including CEO, Maintenance and CEO, Property Services. Prior to joining Programmed, Glenn returned to Australia from leading an online media business in Asia. He also worked in the staffing and outsourcing industry for 15 years, and for 10 years in print and online media.
Stephen was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in 2007 and Company Secretary in 2008. He has over 25 years of finance experience working previously with McMahon Holdings Limited, Watson Water (UK) and Deloitte Touche Tomatsu.
Jennifer was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Programmed Health Professionals, following the acquisition of SKILLED Group in October 2015. She brings with her more than 15 years experience, having previously worked with Orica Limited and Shell.
Nic has more than 20 years’ industry experience. He joined Programmed in 2009 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2013. Prior to this, Nic held a number of Director and Senior Management positions within the staffing industry.
Simon joined the team in 2011, and in 2019 became CEO of our Maintenance division. He began his career as an electrician, and brings to the role over 35 years of industry experience, including three years as EGM of Programmed Electrical Technologies.
Graeme was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Programmed Facility Management in 2019, after nearly two years with the business. He has two decades of leadership and management experience, including roles with Cushman & Wakefield, DTZ, and UGL.
Anna joined Programmed in October 2015 following the acquisition of SKILLED Group. She is an experienced legal professional and is responsible for managing the legal function and insurance program for the group.
James joined the team in 2000 and is responsible for driving strategic development and managing human resources for the group. He has more than 30 years of experience in operations, human resource management and employee relations, with specialities in industrial relations, mergers and acquisitions, talent management and strategy.
