Chris was appointed Managing Director of Programmed in January 2008 after its merger with Integrated Group, where Chris had been the CEO. He was an Executive Director of Asset Services for WorleyParsons, and held a number of engineering and management roles at Clough Engineering. He is an experienced executive who has held senior management positions in various engineering, maintenance and contracting businesses with international operations.
Glenn is responsible for our Maintenance division. He joined Programmed in October 2012 after returning to Australia from leading an online media business in Asia. Before joining Programmed he worked in the staffing and outsourcing industry for 15 years, and 10 years in print and online media.
Stephen was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in 2007 and Company Secretary in 2008. He has over 25 years of finance experience working previously with McMahon Holdings Limited, Watson Water (UK) and Deloitte Touche Tomatsu.
Jennifer was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Programmed Health Professionals, following the acquisition of SKILLED Group in October 2015. She brings with her more than 15 years experience, having previously worked with Orica Limited and Shell.
Nic has more than 15 years’ industry experience. He joined Programmed in 2009 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2013. Prior to this, Nic held a number of Director and Senior Management positions.
Anna joined Programmed in October 2015 following the acquisition of SKILLED Group. She is an experienced legal professional and is responsible for managing the legal function and insurance program for the group.
Malcolm joined Programmed in October 2010 and is in charge of health, safety and environment for the group. Malcolm brings with him more than 25 years worth of experience in a number of senior safety management roles including with Qantas, Pilkington Glass and operationally with BHP Steel.
James joined the team in 2000 and is responsible for driving strategic development and managing human resources for the group. He has more than 30 years of experience in operations, human resource management and employee relations, with specialities in industrial relations, mergers and acquisitions, talent management and strategy.
