Temporary Recruitment

Programmed Integrated Workforce New Plymouth Recruitment Professionals are able to assist you in managing needs for casual/temporary/contract staff.  Whether you may have seasonal demands special projects or staff on leave we can supply you with well qualified and experienced staff.  We can assist you in short term, long term, part time or fulltime and can supply staff at short notice.

As in permanent requirements Programmed Integrated Workforce Recruitment Professionals undertake a comprehensive qualifying of candidates including:

• Competency based interviewing
• Skills based testing
• Reference checking

You do not have to enter into an employment relationship with these staff as they are a Programmed Integrated Workforce employee.  We invoice you on a weekly basis and save you all the employment associated administration (i.e. payroll, ACC premium, Kiwi Saver etc).
