The education sector has been an important part of our property maintenance services for both the private and public education sectors for many years.

We have extensive experience in education with over 1500 long-term maintenance programmes with educational institutions spanning universities, residential colleges, catholic, independent and government schools in New Zealand and Australia. We have the experience and capability to provide project management, refurbishments, interior and exterior painting projects, grounds services and landscaping projects and playground upgrades. 

Our corporate imaging business has developed an innovative and professional imaging and directional signage solution for a number of independent college campuses around New Zealand and Australia.

Under an arrangement with a state education department, we provide routine and restoration maintenance and minor capital works management for 250 primary and secondary schools for the half the metropolitan region and TAFE colleges comprising five institutions across 20 campus locations of an Australian capital city.
