Offshore oil and gas

Our marine services capability through our Total Marine Services division is the major provider of maritime manning and support services for the offshore oil and gas industries in New Zealand Australia. This support covers manning offshore rigs and platforms, operation of support vessels such as tugs and large barges and logistics, including catering services.  It also has wide ranging capabilities in the provision of a variety of trades, supervisors and management for offshore construction and maintenance - from a single employee to complete project team.

Mining and mineral processing plants

We cover a range of mining and mineral processing industries in coal, iron ore, zinc, gold, silver, copper and mineral sands, primarily through our Integrated Workforce and Construction & Maintenance divisions.

Our workforce capability, Integrated Workforce has a dedicated mining and resources team specialising in the placement of professionals in mining, exploration, geology, production and maintenance fields. We have strong connections to, and knowledge of, the industry, backed up by dedicated industrial relations and health, safety and environment teams, to ensure the most productive and safe worksite environment.

Programmed Construction & Maintenance has a professional and experienced construction and maintenance team which can undertake facility upgrades, routine maintenance of plant and equipment and shutdown activities for mine processing plants.

Industrial processing

We provide a range of facility management and maintenance services to Australia’s leading industrial processors in industries such as the steel, chemical, explosives and fertilizer.

Our facility management capability provides a variety of maintenance and support services ranging from security, fire, industrial rescue and nursing services at one of New Zealand’s major steel manufacturing sites. We provide specialised engineering construction, facility, and plant maintenance at major chemical, fertilizer and explosive plants across Australia for many of Australia’s leading resource processing companies.
