Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Programmed has established an Employee Assistance Program that provides support for all employees, their partners and dependent children. The support is in the form of access to professional counsellors who can provide assistance and advice on a wide range of personal and work-related issues. The EAP can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 00800 3667 8910 (for traumatic incidents, crisis counselling or to access the Managers Helpline in New Zealand).
Programmed Integrated Workforce’s Employee Assistance Program is provided by IPS Worldwide. The Program provides our permanent and temporary employees with a free confidential counselling service with 24 hour emergency support. This service is available to employees and their immediate family for work related and personal issues.
IPS Worldwide also provides Programmed Integrated Workforce with onsite assistance and group counselling. For example, if there was an incident onsite that required a face to face visit, Programmed Integrated Workforce would utilise IPS Worldwide's onsite services to provide support and assistance to our employees at the clients’ site. This onsite service is managed by our HSE Team.
